Refund & Warranty Policy
I. Overview
- This Refund & Warranty Policy applies only to Pawbounce ("we," "our," or "us") products purchased for personal use and not for resale.
- By purchasing Pawbounce products, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
II. Coverage
Pawbounce warrants that all products will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use during the warranty period. The specific warranty period begins on the date of purchase unless otherwise specified by Pawbounce.
III. How to Obtain After-Sales Service
If a product malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@pawbounce.com to request after-sales assistance. Note that after-sales services may not be available in all regions, and additional charges may apply if you are outside of our service areas. Please reach out for location-specific information.
IV. Return, Refund, Replacement, and Warranty Repair Policy
1. Return & Refund Service
Pawbounce offers a Return & Refund Service within 30 calendar days of receiving the product (counting from the day after delivery). To qualify for this service, you must provide valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Eligible Situations for Return & Refund:
- Type 1: The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue after Pawbounce or an authorized service center confirms the issue.

Type 2: The product was damaged during transit, incorrect items were sent, items were missing, or the product does not match the description on the website.
- Important: If the package is damaged during transit, do not accept or sign for it. Instead, take photos of the damaged package as proof. If you did sign for the package, you must provide proof of damage issued by the delivery carrier.
Return, Refund & Replacement Exclusions:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is missing, forged, or tampered.
- Damage is caused by external factors like natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, fire, floods).
- Missing original accessories, packaging, or attachments.
- The product was not returned within seven (7) days after Pawbounce confirmed the return request.
- The returned product is incomplete or missing components.
- Damage occurred due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or operation outside Pawbounce's official guidelines or instructions.
If your return request qualifies for replacement instead of a refund, the warranty for the replacement product will start anew.
2. Warranty Repair Policy
You may request Warranty Repair Service within the warranty period if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- Valid proof of purchase is provided.
If your product qualifies for Warranty Repair Service, Pawbounce will cover diagnosis, material fees, and labor costs.
Warranty Repair Exclusions:
- Non-manufacturing defects, such as damage arising from misuse, crashes, or user mistakes.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
- Proof of purchase is missing, forged, or tampered.
- The fault resulted from exposure to unsuitable environments, such as moisture, foreign objects (water, oil, or debris), or incorrect use.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or other uncontrollable external factors.
- Product is out of warranty.
Products that do not qualify for free Warranty Repair Service may still be eligible for Paid Repair Service.
V. Product and Part Replacement
If your product requires replacement during an after-sales process:
- The faulty product will become Pawbounce’s property, and the replacement will be yours.
- Replacement items may not be brand new, but they will be certified to function equivalently to your original product and come with the remainder of the original warranty period.
VI. Personal Contact Information
If you request service under this policy, you authorize Pawbounce to store and use your personal data (name, phone number, address, email) solely to provide after-sales services, satisfy inquiries, or notify you about product updates or safety concerns. To facilitate this, Pawbounce may transfer your information to other countries where we operate or share it with service providers acting on our behalf.
We may also disclose your information when required by law.
VII. Limitation of Liability
Pawbounce is responsible for loss or damage to your product only while it is in Pawbounce’s possession or during transit when Pawbounce has arranged shipping.
Pawbounce is not liable for:
- Loss, damage, or disclosure of data contained in your product.
- Third-party claims resulting from the use of your product.
- Special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill.
In any event, Pawbounce’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
Note: This limitation may not apply in regions where exclusions of incidental or consequential damages are prohibited by law.
VIII. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase and is as follows:
- Whole Unit (excluding battery): 12 months
- Battery: 6 months (provided it is undamaged, uncorroded, and has less than 200 charge cycles)
- Accessories: No warranty
Warranty variations may apply depending on country-specific laws and regulations.
IX. Additional Notes
- Warranty and after-sales services are not globally uniform. Be sure to check whether your product qualifies for these services in your specific region.
- Make a backup of all data on your product before returning it for repair, as data may be erased during service. Pawbounce will not be held responsible for data loss.
- If the issue falls outside warranty coverage, you may opt for Paid Repair Service or choose to have the product returned without repair.
- This policy does not affect local consumer rights under applicable law.
